How is the structure delivered?
Depending on the size and type, the structure will be delivered on our lorry or one of our flat bed vehicles. Hiab off loads are also available at an additional cost. All structures are delivered flat packed alongside construction instructions and fixings where required.
Can you prevent the movement of oak?
Unfortunately not, one of the characteristics of green oak is that as it dries, it moves and twists across its width. This strengthens and adds charm to the building. Splits and shakes are therefore an expected part of the beauty and character of the building and do not cause any structural issues.
Do you offer installation?
No, we don’t. However, within the East Midlands we have several approved contractors that we can recommend.
