Our 18mm OSB3 Tongue & Groove (T&G) Boards are a durable and cost-effective solution for flooring, roofing, and general construction projects. Each board measures 2440mm x 600mm, offering excellent strength, stability, and a smooth, even surface for easy installation.

Manufactured to meet EN300 standards, these moisture-resistant boards are suitable for load-bearing applications in humid conditions — ideal for loft flooring, shed bases, and timber frame buildings. FREE local pickup available and FREE delivery* on orders over £500 for delivery within 50 miles.

Delivery :

Delivery will be 3 – 5 working days depending on stock. If there is a delay with your order we will be in touch. Delivery is priced at £2.56 per mile (including VAT) from our Leicestershire yard.

Collection:

Orders can be collected from Old Station Yard, Ashby Magna, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 5NH. Please contact us to ensure item is ready for collection before arriving at the yard.

Returns

Returns :

If you wish to return goods purchased from www.coltmanbros.co.uk they must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery or the date that the items were ready for collection. Items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We cannot accept returns or cancellations for products which are special items.

If you suspect a product to be faulty or damaged please contact us on enquiries@coltmanbros.co.uk and we will resolve the issue.
